How can we help?
Quick answers for the most common questions. If you’re stuck, email us and a real person will reply.
Saving from other apps
- In YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest or any other app, tap Share.
- Choose Keviio. If it isn’t there, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, then turn on Keviio and move it up.
- Or just copy the link. Keviio saves copied links automatically the next time you open it.
You can also say “Save this to Keviio” to Siri, add Keviio buttons to Control Center, or set up a Back Tap shortcut in Settings › Accessibility › Touch › Back Tap.
Turning on the Safari extension
- Open Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions.
- Tap Keviio and turn it on.
- In Safari, tap the page menu in the address bar and choose Keviio. One tap saves the page you’re on.
The extension only saves the page you choose. It doesn’t read your browsing.
Adding screenshots automatically
With Keviio Plus, new screenshots can be added the next time you open Keviio. Turn it on in Keviio’s settings and allow access to Photos when asked. Keviio uses that access only to find new screenshots; picking photos yourself never needs it.
Restoring purchases
- Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy Keviio Plus.
- In Keviio, open the Keviio Plus screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Plus works on every iPhone and iPad signed in to that Apple Account. Family Sharing isn’t supported at the moment.
Managing or canceling your subscription
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Keviio.
- Switch plans, or tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and your saves are never locked or deleted. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Exporting your library
Open Keviio’s settings and choose Export. Keviio creates a zip file with every original file plus manifest.json, a readable list of your items, categories, collections and tags, and a short README that explains the format. Save it to Files, AirDrop it to a computer, or keep it wherever you like.
